Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared for shipping carefully packaged in the appropriate packaging for the item(s) ordered. We take the upmost care in choosing packing materials to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to use Eco-friendly materials and recycle boxes.

This dispatching process takes 1-3 working days for most items.
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 5 business days before they are ready to be shipped. 

Please note: During busier periods, dispatch times may be longer. This will be clearly communicated. 

• Standard shipping for cards £1.99, all other items £3.99, with free delivery with order over £50.00. ( excluding Annie Sloan products)
• Annie Sloan products shipping priced per item, with free shipping with orders over £65.00.
• Orders with Standard or Free Shipping options are sent using Evri or Royal Mail however alternative service providers may be used. 
• Express shipping (where available) is fulfilled using DPD or Evri. This is a 1-2 day service from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch Express orders as priority.
• Shipping usually takes 2-4 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) from the date of dispatch. 
• Free UK delivery with £50.00 minimum spend. Your basket total must be at least £50.00 for this offer to apply. 
  
• Free UK shipping with £65.00 minimum spend on Annie Sloan products. Your basket total must be at least £65.00 for this offer to apply.
• Shipping fees cannot be discounted with the use of a discount code. A discount code will only apply to the physical contents of your basket.
• If you live in the local area to us, deliveries may be made in person rather than using a courier services.

Orders are usually ready within 24 - 48 hours

- Once your order has been placed, it will be prepared in-store.
- As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a 'ready for collection' email.
- You will then be able to collect your order from our store during our opening hours.
- Monday to Saturday 10am - 5pm.

Custom Orders
Due to the nature of the products, handmade and personalised/custom items can take up to 5 days before they are ready to be collected.

We would advise customers to check junk mail for email communications.
